* Orders must be prepaid Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We accept company checks. No COD.
* Shipping and handling will be added to every order shipped.
* Signs are shipped FOB Texas. Other items are shipped FOB factory. We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost shipments which cost your items to arrive after your tournament.
* Late additions to your intial order will not qualify for quantity discounts.
* Orders are shipped UPS ground. Express shipping available.
* Normal production time is 5 working days plus shipping time. If you need it sooner, please call for production time and rush charge.
* Production of your order may begin anytime after receipt of payment.
* Specific shipping dates can be requested.
* Logos can be added to premium photo signs or banners. Images must be in illustrator, jpg or tiff formats. Artwork provided in hardcopy form are subject to $5.00 charge.
* Signs are not returnable for credit.
